I'm not sure that I see a need to change anything. Section 2 articulates a
rudimentary definition which looks good enough to me for the purposes of
the NRPM.However, even if someone is trying to influence Section 10, I
would argue this has zero impact since its global policy, not ARIN only
policy. Its also probably the wrong place to normalize the language of the
NRPM. This feels like unnecessary busywork. With that, I'm not in favor of
this proposal.
