In accordance with the Policy Development Process (PDP), the Advisory Council
met on 15 September 2022.

The AC has advanced the following Editorial Changes to the Board of Trustees
for review:

* ARIN-edit-2022-6: Editorial Clean-up of NRPM Sections 2.12 and 2.14

* ARIN-edit-2022-7: Editorial Clean-up of NRPM Section 2.16

The AC has abandoned the following:

* ARIN-2021-6: Permit IPv4 Leased Addresses for Purposes of Determining
Utilization for Future Allocations

The AC issued the following statement:

"The ARIN Advisory Council has abandoned ARIN-2021-6 due to lack of Internet
Community support for the current Draft Policy; furthermore, attempts to
develop additional avenues to explore for changes in the policy text or the
problem statement did not yield substantial ideas or support to produce an
update to either the problem statement or the policy text."

Anyone dissatisfied with this decision may initiate a petition. The deadline to
begin a petition will be five business days after the AC's draft meeting
minutes are published.
