I suspect that a lot of the lack of replies is that the email with a list of spam domains didn’t make it through spam filters.
The repeated sending of the list, by not trimming replies, triggered mailman’s automatic unsubscription processes due to multiple messages being rejected. I suspect many members of the list got unsubscribed as a side effect.
