The ARIN Advisory Council is still looking to receive feedback concerning the retirement of the Slow Start section of the NRPM 4.2.1.4. So far most of the comments have been supportive along with some feedback that was gathered at NANOG 88, also supportive. Retirement of this section of the NRPM dovetails into current work being done by the Advisory Council NRPM working group in revising and cleaning up section 4 of the NRPM that deals primarily with IPv4 allocations. A simple ya or nay will suffice in helping us determine the pulse of the community.
