Hello, I would still prefer to see the waitlist eliminated. I just don't see a way to make its presence in the overall market fair or equitable. Instead of a waitlist, ARIN should offer reclaimed addresses for sale via one of the third party brokers and use any revenues thus obtained to discount the fees charged to registrant organizations which have deployed IPv6. Short of such a change, however, I support the ARIN-2023-8 as written. It is closer to sensible than the current policy.
