For some clarity on this: The PER presentation noted that while the intention was for the space not to be routed, and ARIN staff is running with that understanding, they are being challenged on this by resource holders due to the fact that current policy is silent on the matter.
That makes the question here for the community: Should it be codified in NRPM policy to explicitly allow 4.4 IXP space to be routed, per this proposal, or to explicitly prohibit it?
