Based on community feedback, the policy structure was reworked to state that a single-site organization receives a /48, and then the 75% formula applies to multi-site organizations, rather than framing the /48 as an exception. *Review the revised text here*: https://www.arin.net/participate/policy/drafts/2025_7/ *Discussion Point*: Does the addition of "Larger initial assignment sizes" sufficiently clarify the threshold for moving to the next nibble boundary?
