I don't see how that can impact RIRs much. If one needs IP space for
such operations it will request and justify usage for the RIR associated
to the country the mission belongs to and use on any other network they
would
I understand technical specifications for deep space networks
communications, but nothing should change in terms of RIR IP assignments.
