On 29 April we issued our response to ACSP 2020.10: Open tickets using
Reg-RWS.
Thank you for your suggestion, numbered 2020.10 on confirmed receipt,
asking that we provide the ability to open tickets with ARIN using the
Registration RESTful Service (Reg-RWS) application programming interface
(API). We agree this is a beneficial improvement and will prioritize it
for future implementation.

Description: Allow the ability to open tickets through Reg-RWS.
Value to Community: Most database interactions are now possible through
the API, including the ability to retrieve and modify tickets, but not
the ability to open them. For many kinds of tickets, the ability to open
and populate them automatically with data from a source system would be
more efficient.
