Value to Community: ROAs are very important to global routing security and not being able to create them for reallocated resources just seem broken. A large number of organizations have reallocated resources and being able to create ROAs for those resources will enhance routing security, reduce the overall effort required to manage those resources, and reduce the number of organizations currently required to manage those resources. This is equivalent to ACSP Suggestion 2023.8 - for which I completely concur. Thank you! Status: Closed ARIN Response: Thank you for your suggestion, numbered 2024.06 upon confirmed receipt, requesting that ARIN permit organizations to create ROAs for resources that have been reallocated to them. As noted in your submission, this suggestion is the equivalent to Suggestion 2023.08: Allow Customers with reallocated resources to create ROAs which was received in June 2023 and referred to the Consultation.
