We use this report as part of our SWIP process, as it's the only real
way to get a list of all the reassignments that ARIN knows about.
Using
the whois api with /children is not really something that is useful, as
it's limited to 256 entries.

Unfortunately the reassignments report doesn't work with IPv6 resources.
We consider this an oversight, and I have entered an issue in our bug
tracking system to have it rectified.
