I'm not sure if understand your concern. Could you explain a bit more? OT&E 
behaves the same way as production in that changes made on the provisioning 
side of OT&E are reflected  in the OT&E whois-rws instance within about five 
minutes.

                I hope this is the problem only in OTE. What if we create an 
org in a morning and need to update that org in the afternoon? It is OK if it 
just happens in OTE.

You are right in that whois replication was not working correctly in OT&E. It 
has been corrected and you should see the info reflected in whois-rws.

I tried to lookup old ORGs/Contacts created by my team and couldn't found them 
on OT&E environment, hence considered that refresh is completed. I created few 
New ORGs and Contats this morning and I am getting ORG Handle and Contact 
Handle back on response but when I try to check them on OT&E whois, I am unable 
to find it. Can you please check if there is some issue?

Can you please confirm if refresh is completed? Can I consider all 
Organization/Contacts created by my team in OT&E environment before refresh 
will be deleted? I am asking this as I need to clean up my application database

We are currently testing some of our new functionalities on ARIN OT&E 
environment. As per some documentation there is scheduled data refresh that 
happens on first business day of month. Just wanted to check if its going to 
happen today? If Yes, what is scheduled time for that and what is the total 
system downtime if any? If No, when will it happen next time?
