Hello John,

For reassignments from ISPs to their customers, ISPs may choose to publish only
customer name and street address (i.e. no contact information). That’s known
as a simple reassignment. If they opt to publish contact information (detailed
reassignment), an email address is required, but it doesn’t have to be an
individual’s email address. It can be a role email address, e.g.
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>.

If you have any further questions, comments, or concerns please respond to this
message or contact me directly.

Subject: [arin-tech-discuss] process

Hi, I am curious as to what info is absolutely mandatory on the POC listing for
an organizations webpage? Is it possible to eliminate actual email addresses
and create a generic email for an organization to use for such tasks as abuse
and admin?
Thanks!
