Hello Lorraine, Yes – deleting the existing reassignments and re-creating them with the correct point of contact is the way to go. There’s no global POC replacement function.
Best regards, Jon Worley Technical Services Manager ARIN Registration Services https://www.arin.net/ [email protected] 703.227.0660 From: arin-tech-discuss <[email protected]> on behalf of "nyguerillagirl brainycode.com" <[email protected]> Date: Monday, June 5, 2017 at 12:48 PM To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Subject: [arin-tech-discuss] How to quickly replace POC (in detailed-reassign) What is the fastest way to replace the POC associated with an IP address? the only thing I can think of is to delete or release the detailed-reassign and re-do detailed reassign. The reason I ask is because we have one user who was incorrectly associated with over 500 IPs. He is actually our ARIN representative and is being flooded with mail for IPs that belong to HOME DEPOT or other organizations. Thanks, Lorraine Figueroa
