ARIN staff resolved an issue last Friday night that prevented proper e-mail 
delivery to ARIN mailing lists between Monday 19 March and Friday 23 March 
2018.  To ensure full delivery of e-mail during this period, ARIN staff will 
repost e-mail during this period to each appropriate mailing list.  If you 
receive duplicate e-mail, please ignore.
 
We apologize for any issues this has created.  Staff is committed to preventing 
this from occurring again in the future.
