We discovered that the PARENT IP being used in the URI was incorrect. We have to figure out how we can always get this right. Not sure why we were selecting secondary Ip address, when we updated to correct parent - everything worked.
Thanks for assistance.

Subject: [arin-tech-discuss] Why do we see this error
We use REST to register POC and ORG with ARIN (as well as reassign). After we set up the POC and try to register the POC with the POC we are getting this error message:
ERROR: The API Key used in the request does not belong to an REGISTRY Online user that is linked to a POC with the authority to modify the specified record.
What does the error message mean?? We see the POC registered in ARIN: https://whois.arin.net/rest/poc/ROWEL37-ARIN
Any ideas what we should check??
Thanks,
