What is the process for getting API key to work on an address block we technically own.
We are planning a migration of the IP block 12.129.64.0/18 to another organization within our company. Both organizations do swipping but under different Organizations in ARIN. The source organization is CERFnet (CERF) and the target organization is under AT&T Services (ATTW).
I tested our ability to unassign ips from ARIN that was previously assigned that have been swipped by the source org and got this error:
?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><error xmlns="http://www.arin.net/regrws/core/v1"><additionalInfo/><code>E_AUTHENTICATION</code><components/><message>The API key is not authorized to make that request.</message></error>
What do I need to do to allow our existing API key to work with this block? Do I have to get our ARIN Admin to add our Org to that block? Is that enough?
