I'm glad you find it useful! I'm noticing things to fix as I try to clarify points I neglected to explain sufficiently so it is a work in progress at the moment. I am keeping the source material and trying to update it as I answer questions so I would be happy to share it at some point. Still have a few more sections to publish.
