I run Fedora 12 on a IGEPv2.
If I set fstab correctly, whenever I power-cycle the board, fsck complains:

Checking all file systems.
[/sbin/fsck.ext2 (1) -- /] fsck.ext2 -a /dev/mmcblk0p2
/dev/mmcblk0p2: Superblock last mount time (Thu Mar 11 18:17:21 2010,
now = Sat Jan 1 01:00:04 2000) is in the future.

/dev/mmcblk0p2: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
        (i.e., without -a or -p options)
[FAILED]

*** An error occurred during the file system check.
*** Dropping you to a shell; the system will reboot
*** when you leave the shell.

(or type Control-D to continue):

this is fixed in newest e2fsprog:
- Add new e2fsck.conf configuration option, default/broken_system_clock to
support systems with broken CMOS hardware clocks.
