There is a new version of qemu-system-arm available in the updates-testing repository in Fedora 18 that will boot 3.8+ kernels in qemu.
To install this package on Fedora 18: yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing qemu-system-arm If it works for you please leave karma: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2013-6221/qemu-1.2.2-11.fc18 Graphical mode is still not working, a new BZ[1] has been filed.
