Peter, I have updated my tree with all patches for Cavium's ThunderX:

This patches supports CPU revisions beginning 1.1. Please consider that patch stack for inclusion into Fedora for ARM. Let me know in case of questions or if you need help esp. with porting it to Fedora. Any suggestions how to move forward is appreciated.
