Most of the AllWinner android tablets are based on a handful of devices. Some have been known to work to some degree. I'm not sure how to tell which is which but if you can find that out it's possible it might worth with one of the u-boots we ship at which point it should boot OK off the MMC card. If you get it booted though you might not have a working touchscreen and the graphics isn't accelerated. I can't help any more than that as I've not investigated those tablets at all.
