I tried

        4.16.0-0.rc2.git1.1.fc28.aarch64

from koji without much success.

Does the 4.16.0-0.rc2.git1.1.fc28.aarch64 kernel have the FB
support? The (HDMI) screen goes blank after the initial set of
boot messages but maybe I just need to configure something
differently to use the framebuffer?
