Yes IoT works, but AH does not.
I tried a-i-i, but AH is not managed and it tries to do stuff on /tmp/root 
instead of the PREFIX stuff for IoT.
I tried to do a manual u-boot install, of course script says that it is already 
ok for RPI3, so I tried to dd the u-boot file myself using this command:

cd /tmp/root/ostree/deploy/fedora-atomic/deploy/*/usr/share/uboot/rpi3
dd if=./u-boot.bin of=/dev/sda bs=1024k seek=8
(/dev/sda is the SD Card device)

I guess I did not do it right as it is not booting :)
