Yes, indeed! I was reading the same blog post. I was not aware that it
was enabled by default. This is the first time I've seen such
behaviour.

So, creating a file like this: /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/00-
macrandomize.conf

[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no

The MAC address will be the same upon each reboot.
