I ran into a problem with multiple definition of yylloc in the dtc tool when
trying to compile the kernel in rawhide via mock, because of a change in gcc10.
The attached patch allows me to build the dtc tool.
Where is the best place to submit this? It should go into the upstream kernel,
but Fedora may want the patch before then. I'm not sure how to proceed.
