Fedora drops support for 32-bit ARM devices (armv7hl/armhfp) after the current 
release (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/RetireARMv7), so if you want to 
use Fedora on a target ARM device in the long term, aarch64 will be your path 
forward.
