Hmm this is really weird, I haven't seen this or other reports on rpi4, I've run on rev 1.1 and 1.4 without issues, not sure I have a 1.2, but I doubt there's enough difference to affect this, Out of interest what do you have attached to USB when you're booting? What sort of drive is it booting off? Also what sort of PSU are you running off? The other thing that might be wortth while is trying a 6.17 kernel or if it's easy to test the F-43 beta to see if that changes anything.
