Raspberry 400 bluetooth down

Hi,
The hciconfig shows down the hci0 (bluetooth) in rbpi 400 and when try the
bring up got the timeout error.

I has all the upgrades so far .

Any ideas to bring up the bluetooth or am I missing something?
