Hi all, if you are using Leap 15.2 for ARM and need current DTBs, wait a while until updating your system to Leap 15.3. 15.3 currently ships the DTBs built for 4.12.14-197.21.1 (from SLE15), which are quite old and not unlikely to break hardware detection on your system.
