Thats clearly not an expected result....I have to admit, I did not try TW on the Raspi > What can I do? - Try an official Leap 15.3 image (same source as above) and install codecs from there - Try the GNU Health image, which comes with codecs installed as well http://www.axxite.com/gnuhealth38-Leap15.3-KDE-raspi4-20210810.img.xz (disable GNU Health and postgres for better performance, language and keyboard is german!)
