Adding support for Udooquad armv7

Hi,

It's been some years since I played with OBS and now I'm a bit rusty.  
I'm trying to add support for a quite old udoo quad (imx6, similar to 
cubox-i and udoo neo).

I followed the instructions from 
https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Arm/Contrib and created the repo here: 
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:ocurero:ARM:Factory:Contrib:UdooQuad

But something is wrong because I cannot get the package JeOS-udooquad to 
start the build, it says "excluded". Are builds for armv7 disabled for 
some reason?
