I'm suffering from this too; kernel-default-5.18.6-1.1.aarch64 boots w/o issue
but kernel-default-6.0.8-1.1.aarch64 does not.

Was a bug entered or assigned for this? Nothing jumped out at me when a search
on bugzilla.opensuse.org w/ the criteria:
