Tried just now:
guillaume@PW03YX2F:~> sha256sum
openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-raspberrypi1.armv6l.raw.xz
d2eba1f365dc77b62333480fdf98c3b752ab3bcfc59e7c83f0efd4037ba081d5
openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-raspberrypi1.armv6l.raw.xz
guillaume@PW03YX2F:~> sha256sum
openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-raspberrypi1.armv6l-2023.10.11-Snapshot20231108.raw.xz
d2eba1f365dc77b62333480fdf98c3b752ab3bcfc59e7c83f0efd4037ba081d5
openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-raspberrypi1.armv6l-2023.10.11-Snapshot20231108.raw.xz

So, both images are the same.

Either you hit an update between both download or you had a download/mirror
error.

Cheers,
Guillaume
