As I once said at this list, there were completely unclear for to follow at Leap 15.2 time. Personally, I even could not figure out how to contribute that "Step" project. At that ancient times I also tried to report Bugzilla issues and make SR to various packages related to armv7l, having roughly the same answer every time: this package goes from SLES, hence we don't accept the SR, and we also don't support armv7l in SLES.
