Mariadb on armv6hl and armv7hl

Why isn’t there a current mariadb package for ARM 32-bit (armv6hl and 
armv7hl)?
The available version is 10.7.3.
The current version on x86-64 and x86 is 11.8.5.
The problem is that the noarch packages mariadb is depending on is on 
the current version and thus preventing the old version to be installed.
