a small point:

I would like to ask why only americans, in Robert Book`s message. We have
evidence of it in Madrid and Holland. It`s not only to know if part of
America`s people has a disutility. That is: if we assume only americans have
this (assume that the data reveal it), other question would be: how about
the rest of the world.

If we don`t care to take data to do this, there is no need to restrict the
sample to Americans. Isn`t it reasonable to say that?
