Dear Henrik, 1) Is there a way to access DNAcopy object when using CbsModel for segmentation, assuming that DNAcopy object was created in the process in the background?
2) in the CbsModel" step, Is there a single command that do segmentation of several samples , each compared with the same reference (average of normals tissues, for example)? to be more clear, CbsModel(cesN) will generate segemetation data for each sample against the average of cesN samples, is there a similar command to do this with the average of a collection of normal tissues (HapMap, for example)? Thanks; Han --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ When reporting problems on aroma.affymetrix, make sure 1) to run the latest version of the package, 2) to report the output of sessionInfo() and traceback(), and 3) to post a complete code example.
