Follow the links under "The following subpages contain custom CDFs
that map the exon array probes to gene models" on the same page.

No.  An ACS file is not a CDF file. An Aroma Cell Sequence (ACS) file
contains information of the 25-mer sequence on the chip.  A Chip
Definition File (CDF) file contains mapping information how cells
(probes) should be grouped together to measure different genomic units
of interest.
