Hi,
thanks for reporting and sorry about this - a hiccup of mine (I've
been slowly pushing updates via the aroma server and am now pushing
them to CRAN). Retry with:
source("http://aroma-project.org/hbLite.R";);
hbInstall("aroma.affymetrix");
and it should work. If not, please let me know.

When reporting problems on aroma.affymetrix, make sure 1) to run the latest
version of the package, 2) to report the output of sessionInfo() and
traceback(), and 3) to post a complete code example.
