I think there will be less movies in 2006. As we know, AR Rahman is composing for LOTR. The show starts on March 2006 in Toronto Canada. LOTR is one of the most famous movies in the word with nearly 1 billon USD collection worldwide. LOTR will be the biggest ARR�s project ever, much bigger than Bombay Dreams show, for that AR Rahman will need to spend more time out site India. Sure this will effect the number of ARR music composed movies in India, and may be there will no movies where the music similar to Bose, Meenaxie or Lagaan till first half of next year. May be ARR will won�t accept any big budget movie. This thing happened when Shankar move to HJ coz ARR too busy with Bombay Dreams. According one the latest ARR interview, ARR told that he need 3 months to compose high quality music. I think
ARR will spend nearly 4- 6 months for LOTR and sure he will start to work end of this year or already started�. Sure other MD like Ismail Darbar will take advantage on this�.
