i've listen Anniyan audio 2 days back...here is my review;
Good news for all the 'Rahmaniacs out there'...the music cant beat our 'Boss' tunes, the great combo of Shankar-ARR is da great...around 10 of us listen to the audio and everyone of us got the same opinion, Harris Jeyaraj failed to lift the hype...there is a 6 track including one theme song. 2 of the track is a carnatic based track. One of the track ( Kumari..Yenn Kadhal Sikke Mukhi) a carnatic based melody quite impressive, rendered by Shankar Mahadevan. Jessie Giff has rendered a track titled Anda Kakka, Konda Kari. Overall, the tunes cant be compared and cant even stand beside Gentleman, Kaadhalan, Jeans, Indian, Mudhalvan and Boys. Hopefully Shankar will back with our Boss.
