The Yamaha keyboards are really awesome . Buying a keyboard depends on the budget as there are a range of keyboards. What budget u have in my mind ? my personal recommendation is a minimum of Rs. 10,000 but as u say u want to become a music director its best to invest in a professional keyboard . As to my knowledge professional keyboards from krog start at a minimum of Rs. 40,000. Yamaha professional keyboards r rather costly but really damn good . If u want to jus learn u then the best recommendation is a Yamaha PSR keyboard . You can buy a professional keyboard after a few years. I use a Yamaha Psr 2100 and its damn good . I heard Yamaha psr 3100 is releasing but donno anything abt . After u decide abt ur budget i'll give u more details accordingly.

But I've learnt music for a few years and would honestly suggest you should start learning chords and notes from a 'real' instrument (harmonium, for example).
