So sad to see statements like this "long live arr and buy orginal arr audio cassetes and cds, others just record it or download it from mohankumars.com".  I know even ARR wouldnt like to hear such things. MP3's and illegal downloads are realy killing the music industry. 

 
Why shouldnt Vidyasagar be given good money for work like Parthiban Kanavu, Gilli etc or Yuvan be given good money for 7G, Manmadhan or Raam or for that matter HJ for Kakka kakka or chellame. Good work requires good compensation. 

 
The sad truth is that MP3 has affected everybody .. be it ARR or VS or HJ. Do you think today a Mani-ARR or Shanker-ARR would sell 1 lakh copies in 3 days .. No ways ..howsoever good be the content. 
 
Music industry has changed a lot unfortunately and here heros & dirs are more important than music composers. How else can you justify the avg sales for an excellent album like Kangalal Kaidu Sei. 
 
Lets all hope that this menace of illegal music somehow comes to an end and the musicians get their due. When I say musicians it applies to ARR and others in the scene too.
