Just because there are other sites who pirate the music doesnt mean you're allowed to keep them in your site. If those sites are doing what you described, then they are guilty as well. MusicIndiaOnline and Raaga are "IPRS licensed websites" (go to the site and you will find this at the bottom of the page). They pay license fees for broadcasting the songs. Its similar to the radio stations that broadcast songs. They all pay song licensing fees.
