Hi Ameya aka united_opinions n All beautifull ARR
FANS...

It is our pleasure to inform you abt the concept and
let u know abt the happenings.

Following are the answers to ur queries with respect
to ARR T-Shirt getting ready to wear.

1) I am in Bangalore and Currently Bharath is in the
process of changing his locale from Bangalore to
Chennai. Vimala Sai is also located in Bangalore and
She is one of our prestigious Vendor (as she is
running her own Fabric Business) apart from ARR FAN. V
also have taken Quotation from her side too in
accomplishing this task. Also, v have taken
Quotations from Vendors who r situated in B'lore,
Chennai and Tirupur.

2) Presently v are looking at those companies who do
both the job i mean stitching and Printing. V have
selected to go with this plan as it will reduce the
overall cost and will minimize man power utilization
from our end. There are companies in the market who do
only stitching and only printing job.

3) We have planned to go with 220gsm/singel jercy
cloth material for ARR T-Shirt. Companies will give
more options if v have ne plans to pay more money.
Companies are always flexible if u have money in our
hand.

4) When v enquired the vendors, the minimum quantity
was 100 Numbers. If the total number reduces, then
cost will increase drastically. V are working on this
project with the assumption that v will reach atleast
100 Orders and this whole effort is still in dilemma
unleass v reach 100 Minimum Orders. If v fail to reach
this minimum quantity, then the whole project needs to
go through re-calculation and might face situation
wherein this project needs to be dropped.

5) customized durable coloured prints, and/or
photographic coloured prints are possible. Negative
part is, it will increase cost, time to manufacture,
More man power requirement from those who have taken
the initiative.

6) It depends once again on the quantity, Material
quality, Design and Colour.

You had casual enquires, but I have mentioned details
which r relevant to this project. Kindly ignore things
which r irrelevant to u and pardon our mistake.

Thanks n Regards
Bharath n Shivakumar
