remember that most fans have been meeting in their respective cities? how about one of us from each city collect the t shirt for all those who have ordered from that city? that way it can be an excuse to meet and to deliver the tees to them as well! like for example, one person from chennai gets about 20 tees, and then all of us meet one day when majority of the people are free and we give it to them. There must be one from each city who can afford to pay for the tees and then get it back from us! for cities where there are not enoough fans or something like that, we can think of the courier charges later.
This is what i suggest!
If the tees are being printed in bangalore, then one of us will collect 20 tees for chennai. then we meet in some place and the person can give the tees and take the money. i think this should be possible in bigger cities like chennai, mumbai, delhi, calcutta, bangalore, pune etc, etc, etc, or any place where more than 20 tees are needed.
In cities where the number of fans are lesser, we could courier it to them. in such cases we have to explain it to them that there will not be another way. this is where i think, if the cost of the tees and printing make a big difference. if we can bring it down to about 120-150 (i know this is possible coz we have done it, but it was for 400 tees and not 100), then it would be more affordable to include travel charges.
this is just an idea and maybe if we could modify it using our esteemed members thoughts, it could be feasable!
