I think he was just kidding abt melodies and stuff. I just tried listening to them on raaga.com and every single song in the movie (gajini) is pretty fast with westernised beats. The songs are nice and catchy but there really arent any songs in that movie which can be put in the melodius category (not even a name sake slow song in the movie). I am sure sam was just kidding... probably hasnt even heard the songs yet. just an overenthusiastic fan i guess. any way, i think the songs are catchy, but no where near kakka kakka type catchiness (i am trying to avoid comparisons with other MDs, thats why.. kakka kakka).
