Hi Haritharan, I also thought you could access that FTP with SmartFTP (I also use SmartFTP), but you cannot access that URL from any FTP application...What you have to do is copy that URL into your web browser and paste it into the address bar and access it as though it were another website. Now, when you click "go" on the address bar, after a few seconds, you will be prompted to type in a username and password...type in "arr" for both the fields and click ok. You should be able to access it.
