As I know hindi, I think "Swades" is the album which got least jusice for A R Rahman. This is one album where Rahman totally tried his best. I mean u can't trace his trademark music like composed by a south Indian composer. They were sincerely indian sound. Every song was a gem. Forget the film's failure or poor marketing, the biggest shock was for Film awards. They not even bothered for a nomination. Where as copycats like 'Murder' were nominated. This is still a nightmare for me as a true ARR fan. I hope anyday in future people will come to know about these gems...
